Product Review – 24K Gold Moisturizer
When it comes to skin care, a product is only as good as its ingredients. I’m a curious person by nature, and so when I am purchasing products to take care of my skin, I take a good, hard look at the label to see what is really inside of the product.
Recently I stumbled across an online retailer called Venetian Beauty, in particular their product called the 24K Gold Moisturizer. It raised my eyebrows when I read that. 24K Gold? Is this really for my skin or is this some kind of ploy? Do they really think we are going to fall for that?
Shockingly, as I researched the product I came across some glowing reviews (no pun intended) of how effective it has been for other consumers. So I set out to do a little research for myself and came away with a completely different mindset. Gold is, to my surprise, a very effective ingredient in skin care products. Also surprisingly, it is no stranger to the industry, it has literally been used for thousands of years, it’s just that it was not very widespread outside of high-end spas or salons.
Gold has been shown to be a very powerful antioxidant, which means it helps the skin flush out waste, dirt and oils that amass on the skin throughout the day. Additionally, gold forms almost an invisible barrier, if you will, around the skin and helps the skin retain its moisture and lock in other nutrients. It’s no wonder it is becoming increasingly prevalent in moisturizers – the secret is out!
In addition to 24K gold, this product from Venetian Beauty also has aloe as a main ingredient – which everyone knows is nothing short of a miracle plant. Aloe helps restore moisture to the skin and also strengthens skin tissue. The 24K Gold Moisturizer is also fortified with collagen complex, which is a key component in plumping up the skin and helping it retain its elasticity and suppleness. So while the 24K Gold Moisturizer helps restore moisture and health to the skin, it also helps to fight against wrinkles and creases in the skin.
I’ve been using the 24K Gold Moisturizer for a few weeks now and I can’t say enough about the results I’m already seeing. After each treatment, my skin feels much more smooth and supple, and I can feel it working longer after I applied the product. I can only imagine the results I’ll get after continued use of this moisturizer. I’m no longer curious about the 24K Gold Moisturizer – I’m a believer in Venetian Beauty!
